Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar and flour.
    Add beaten eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Bake slowly, starting at 250\u00b0, then increase oven to 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
