Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir in garlic, Bisquick, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir in beaten eggs just until mixture is blended.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Fry at medium heat using 2 tablespoons of mixture for each round.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
