Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
8 Tbsp. butter
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 small grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Make white sauce of milk, butter and flour.
Mix all ingredients, pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and light brown.
