Blueberry Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Mix sugar, shortening and egg together.
Stir in milk.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add to batter.
Blend in blueberries.
Spread in greased and floured cake pan, 8 3/4 x 13 1/2-inch.
Put 1/2 of the batter in pan, then the berries, then the rest of the batter. Put Topping on top of batter.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
