Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    7 ribs celery
    2 1/4 c. zucchini
    1 green pepper (medium)
    5 c. chicken stock
    1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 (48 oz.) V-8 juice
    1 lb. bulk mild Italian sausage
Preparation
    Chop onions, mince garlic, dice celery and zucchini and green pepper.
    Cut up tomatoes.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add all items together.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer 30 to 35 minutes until vegetables are done.
