Chicken 'N Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
5 c. flour
1 c. lukewarm water
1 egg
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Pick off bone.
Keep chicken and broth.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, water and egg.
Add as much flour as needed so dough will not be sticky.
Roll out and cut into strips.
Drop into boiling water and chicken.
Do not stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
