Ingredients

2 1/4 c. White Lily all-purpose flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil shiny side up.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Cream sugars and butter or margarine.
Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla until well combined.
Stir in flour mixture just until blended.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
Cool on wire rack completely before peeling foil from cookies.
Makes about 4 dozen.
