Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can La Choy chop suey vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, water chestnuts and broccoli
    2 medium green peppers, cut in strips
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    3 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Set aside.
    Mix 3 teaspoons cornstarch with water and set aside.
