Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-plain flour or self-rising
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 1/3 c. zucchini
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil and mix well. Fold in flour mixture with zucchini. Do not overmix. Add raisins and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
