Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Stir in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients, then stir into egg mixture until well blended.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour batter into 2 well-greased 8 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove and completely cool.
