* Bakeless Cake * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 eggs, separated
1 c. nut meats
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 Tbsp. cream
24 to 30 graham crackers
2 boxes red jello
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat egg yolks slightly and add pineapple, nuts and cream.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cover bottom of loaf pan with crackers and spread this mixture over graham crackers.
Dissolve jello in water as per directions on box and add 1 tablespoon sugar.
When nearly set, pour over mixture in pan.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut in squares the size of the graham crackers.
Top each serving with whipped cream.
Serves 12 to 15 or figure 1/2 of the amount of graham crackers used.
Very rich.
