Meat Balls In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can pitted ripe olives
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Mix flour and water.
    Cook until thickened. Add sour cream.
    Season with additional salt and pepper. Serve with noodles.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
