Low-Fat Chinese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 c. radishes, sliced thin
    1 c. unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
    1 c. celery, sliced thin
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
    1/3 c. onion, sliced thin
    1/2 green pepper, sliced thin
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. chopped turkey, chicken, pheasant or more
Preparation
    Toss and add 1 cup fat-free salad dressing and soy sauce to taste.
    Toss.
