Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. Uncle Ben's converted brand rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos, drained
Preparation

Brown beef in oil in 10-inch skillet.
Stir in onions, rice, beef broth, one soup can of water and soy sauce.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in green peppers and pimientos.
Heat through.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
