Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    Bisquick
    half and half or cream
    milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes for size dish needed.
    Add onion and salt and pepper.
    Lightly coat with Bisquick (about 1/3 cup for a 1 1/2-quart dish).
    Pour half and half to fill about 3/4 way up on container.
    Add milk to finish covering potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
