Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until foamy throughout.
Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, blending all well.
Continue beating until mixture will stand in stiff peaks.
Add vinegar and vanilla and beat well.
Fold in coconut.
Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Place 2 chocolate chips in center of each cookie and cover with small amount of mixture.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
