Japanese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 head lettuce
1 green onion
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Cook chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces.
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing and Greek seasoning 1 hour.
Slice onion.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
In large bowl combine chicken, lettuce, onion, chow mein noodles and poppy seed.
Pour salad dressing over salad.
Toss and serve.
