Cream Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 drops oil of peppermint
    food coloring
    1 box powdered sugar (plus or minus some)
    1 tsp. (heaping) butter
Preparation
    Combine egg white, cream, vanilla, oil of peppermint and desired amount of food coloring; mix well.
    Add powdered sugar in one lump sum.
    Mix well.
    Beat in the butter.
    Additional sugar may be needed to make a firm mixture.
    Shape into small balls. Place on waxed paper.
    Press with fork.
    Let stand overnight. Store in container with wax paper between layers.
