Crusty Beef And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. egg noodles
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 medium can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Heat oil.
    Brown onions and mushrooms.
    Add meat.
    Combine Ragu, seasonings, sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Add drained beef and simmer.
    Prepare noodles as per package.
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer noodles, 1/2 meat and 1/2 Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top will brown and get crusty.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
