Indiana Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cabbage, shredded
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. oil, butter or bacon fat
Preparation

Stir-fry 10 minutes over hot burner. Turn off burner and put on lid 10 minutes.
