Lemon-Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned or 1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut 4 thin slices of lemon; set aside.
    Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from remaining lemon; set aside.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
    Spoon off fat.
