Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    9 lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, garlic and onion.
    Drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes (or cook in crock-pot on low for 2 hours).
    Combine cottage cheese, egg, salt, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
    In 13 x 9-inch casserole, layer 3 noodles, 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 of cheese mixture and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
