Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) or 4 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    6 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage, cooked and drained
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    8 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, garlic, onion, cumin and pepper
    2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
    light sour cream
