Easy Sauteed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. white cooking wine
    1/4 q. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 can artichoke hearts, sliced
    flour or other fried chicken coating (e.g., Fry Magic)
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    parsley
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Fry chicken using desired coating, do not overcook.
    Season with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder, drain remaining oil from pan.
    Add wine, broth, mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Sprinkle chicken with grated cheese and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
