Charlie'S Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. fish fillets
    corn meal
    sugar
    salt
    oil
Preparation
    Rinse fish and pat dry.
    Drop into sack containing mixture of corn meal, a little sugar and some salt.
    Shake.
    Ease fish into deep fryer when oil is real hot; 3 to 4 minutes and it's done.
    Dip out with strainer and place on paper towels to dry.
    Contains 12 fat grams per person.
