Bacon, Cheese And Olive Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    paprika or parsley
    1/2 c. chopped olives
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs
    8 English muffin halves, toasted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut bacon strips into 6 pieces each. Fry until crisp.
    In medium bowl, combine cheese, olives, mayonnaise, onion and eggs.
    Blend well. Stir in bacon.
    Place muffin halves on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Spoon cheese over each muffin.
    Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 18 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Garnish with paprika or parsley. Makes 4 servings.
