Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Put pineapple in baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar and cheese. Sprinkle over pineapple.
Mix Ritz crackers and margarine and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
