Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive or salad oil
1 1/2 qt. tomatoes, cut up
12 oz. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. oregano
salt and pepper
1 lb. hamburger
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper, chunked
fresh mushrooms, sliced
cooked pasta
Preparation

In large saucepot, mix together oil, tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
Let simmer.
In skillet, brown hamburger, onions, garlic, green pepper and mushrooms.
Drain hamburger after browning and add to sauce and continue to simmer.
Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
