Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli (6 c.), cut up or the same amount frozen broccoli
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. rich round cheese crackers, crushed (about 8 crackers)
Preparation
    In covered saucepan, cook broccoli in small amount of boiling, salted water until barely tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Put into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, pimiento, cheese and lemon juice.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
