Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. flour
    small amount salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. water (approximately)
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening and salt.
    Crumble until the size of small peas.
    Add vinegar, egg and water (small amount at a time). Knead and roll out.
    Make 4 pie shells.
    May freeze.
