Carol'S Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless pork chops
    2 c. instant rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    minced onions
    2 soup cans water
    flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Roll pork chops in flour; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops and place in a glass baking dish.
    Sprinkle with onions and rice.
    Combine cream of chicken soup and water.
    Pour over pork chops and rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is done.
