Old Fashioned Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped onions
3 c. chopped celery
butter or margarine
6 c. cornbread, crumbled
2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
2 to 3 c. broth (enough to moisten mixture)
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until tender, but not brown.
Saute celery same way.
Heat broth.
Combine all other ingredients.
Add broth and mix well.
Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
