Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 lb. crabmeat
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted and mixed with crumbs
Preparation

Mix oleo and flour; add milk.
Cook until thick.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Fold in crabmeat.
Put in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
