Shrimp Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions
2 ribs celery (optional)
1 large bell pepper
2 pods garlic
2 sticks butter
4 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 pt. half and half cream
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 jalapeno peppers
2 lb. shrimp (if crawfish, be sure to get juice out of bag)
Parmesan cheese (optional, cover the top)
1 (10 oz.) box noodles or 12 oz. medium egg noodles
Preparation

Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic in butter about 20 minutes.
Cover the pot; stir occasionally.
Add flour and cook 10 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Add parsley and shrimp.
Cook about 10 minutes.
Stir frequently (shrimp about 15 minutes).
Add half and half cream; cook very slowly.
Add half of the Velveeta cheese and pepper.
Cook over low heat about 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
Season to taste.
While shrimp is cooking, boil the noodles.
Add cooked noodles to shrimp.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish (glass).
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with remaining Velveeta cheese (cut in little, thin slices).
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
