Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes
2/3 c. water
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Mash well.
Mix all ingredients with potatoes.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
