Sour Cream Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spray muffin cups with a vegetable oil spray and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 1 dozen.
