Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, deboned
    flour
    salt and pepper
    oleo
    1 c. pineapple juice (from 1 can pineapple)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute chicken after coating with flour mixture.
    Remove from pan.
    Mix pineapple juice, sugar, ginger, lemon juice and cornstarch and put in pan.
    Simmer until liquid thickens.
    Put chicken back into pan and simmer with top off 20 minutes.
    Add pineapple.
