Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 jars marinated artichokes
    1/2 jar pimento stuffed olives
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 small can ripe olives
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Add vinegar, oregano and fresh ground pepper to taste.
    Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
    It is also good if you add slices of avocados and tomatoes.
