Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (save out 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese, Corn Flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread into greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Crush Corn Flakes and combine with melted butter. Put this on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
