California Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope (1 1/3 oz.) dehydrated onion soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender until creamy.
    Serve with fresh vegetables, chips or crackers.
    Yield:
    1 pint (2 cups). Protein 4 g, fat 2 g, calories per serving 43.
    Two tablespoons = 1/2 meat, medium fat exchange.
