Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or round
    1 onion (medium)
    grated Cheddar cheese (2 c. or more)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 bag Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion; drain.
    Put in large casserole dish.
    Add grated cheese on top of all the meat.
    Be generous with the cheese.
    Add 1 1/4 cups milk to can of mushroom soup and pour over the cheese.
    Cover with Tater Tots.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
