Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 potatoes
1 large onion
1 can mushroom soup
can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or sirloin steak
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
Preparation

Layer sliced potatoes in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Slice onion over potatoes.
Then put the can of mushroom soup and chicken over the potatoes and then add or layer the hamburger or steak (browned).
Next cook for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0 and when it's done, put the two kinds of cheese on top and leave in the oven until melted good.
