Never Fail Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/6 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. egg whites
1 2/3 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. almond or lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Sift flour once and measure.
Sift sugar 5 or 6 times.
Put 1/2 of the sugar in the flour and sift 15 times.
Add salt to egg whites and beat until foamy, then add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
Fold in sugar and then fold in sugar and flour mixture.
Add flavoring.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(I use pieces of wax paper for the sifting process.)
