Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms, pat dry and remove stems and chop stems. Combine chopped stems with next 3 ingredients.
    Cook sausage until crumbly.
    Drain off fat, stir in cheese and mix well.
    Spoon into caps and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 2 dozen, approximately.
