Top Of Stove Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can pork and beans
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp and crumble; set aside.
    Saute onion and pepper in bacon drippings.
    Pour off grease.
    Add beans, sugar, vinegar, catsup and bacon.
    Simmer until liquid is thickened to desired consistency, about 30 minutes.
