Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 envelope yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar together.
    Set aside 5 minutes. Mix flour and salt together.
    Add to yeast mixture.
    In a separate bowl, beat egg and set aside.
    Shape pretzels.
    Brush with egg. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
