Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    16 oz. sour cream
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream celery soup
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
    green onion chopped
    1 can evaporated milk
    cheddar cheese (shredded for topping)
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes. Add chicken broth and boil on high 10-15 minutes. Bring to low heat. Pour in soups, milk and sour cream. Mix. Add onions. Add bacon. Simmer on low for one hour. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
