Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 c. bananas, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and add sugar.
    Let set overnight. Drain pineapple the next morning if there is any liquid.
    Add remaining ingredients.
