Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg and cloves
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir soda into pulp. Add to cream mixture.
    Add vanilla; sift flour and add.
    Mix. Bake in well-greased baking pan at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen.
