Cheese-Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    ??? Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. coarsely grated domestic cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. sugar
    pinch of marjoram
    2 to 2 1/2 c. Niblets corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add pimiento, sugar and marjoram.
    Stir in corn and eggs.
    Pour into shallow buttered casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and dot with additional butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
